SATB Chorus with Piano or Praise Combo Accompaniment

This “praise-style” anthem was commissioned by the Preston Meadow Lutheran Church, to help commemorate the dedication of a new church sanctuary. The text for the anthem was contributed by noted Christian lyricist Mark S. Bernthal, who assisted greatly with the concept and design of the piece.

The character of the music is classic “gospel-style” singing and, while the anthem can be performed with piano alone, the original version included the following “praise combo” instrumental ensemble:
      Trumpet 1
      Trumpet 2 (opt. Clarinet)
      Tenor Sax (opt. Alto Sax)
      Trombone
      Piano
      Bass
      Trap Set
      Handbells (optional)
