SATB Chorus ~ A Cappella

This arrangement of the Israeli national anthem was created for the Dallas Symphony Chorus, to be performed in Tel Aviv during their 1995 pilgrimage, there, to sing the Mahler 8th Symphony with the Israel Philharmonic, under the baton of Zubin Mehta. The piece is arranged with Bach-like harmonization and is easily sung by church choirs, high-school and college choral ensembles and adult amateur choirs.

As is often the practice with Hebrew texts, the words underlying the vocal lines have been phonetically transliterated for the convenience of English-speaking singers.
