SATB chorus with multiple accompanimentsThis carol medley was commissioned by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra in 1992 and has been performed nationwide on Holiday and Christmas programs – both in the concert hall and for church-based presentations. The original version of the work is scored for Soprano Solo, SATB Chorus and full orchestra, with organ and optional handbells. The following four carols appear, without interruption, in this manner:
This arrangement has also been voiced for TTBB [RBM-103a] and SSAA [RBM-103b]and may be performed using any of the available accompaniments. The final section of this arrangement, Angels We Have Heard On High [RBM-014], has been extracted as a separate publication, and is also available voiced for TTBB [RBM-014a]. The accompanying orchestration for this extract is also available for rental.
